SOR/TOR Q2 Program Instrument now live!

The Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center is collecting responses to the Quarter 2 State Opioid Response (SOR)/Tribal Opioid Response (TOR) Program Instrument. Each organization is being asked to report information and data for all programs/services funded wholly or in part by SOS 3.0 grant funds. Please submit responses no later than close of business on Tuesday, April 15, 2024.
