SOS 3.0 & 4.0 Biweekly Reporting

In November of 2023, the Government Resource Center began distributing the new SOS Biweekly Data Report that allows awardees to see program data and help guide their work. This report will allow ADAMHS Boards and grantees to visualize the overall number of intake interviews, 6-month follow-up rate, and discharge interviews. ADAMHS Boards will also be able to view a breakdown of this data by each organization that is funded.

A few important details relating to the receipt of biweekly reports:

  • These reports are sent from the GRC SOS Email: SOSEval@osumc.edu
  • Recipients of these reports include ADAMH Boards, MOMS-funded programs, and direct-funded SOS programs. Programs funded through a local ADAMH board should reach out to their contact at the board to receive their program’s individual report.
  • Distribution is every other Monday. If there is a holiday on a Monday of a report delivery, delivery will occur the following business day.
  • The report comes attached to the email as a ZIP file that can be opened by double-clicking and downloading the files. The reports are sent as an HTML file that allows them to be interactive.
  • If you notice any errors or have any questions relating to your report, please fill out the technical assistance form and our team will reach out to you for assistance.

Please refer to the biweekly report tutorial PDF for more information about the reports and how to navigate and read the information provided.
